General Questions
Our sales, service, and parts departments are open Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (summer hours only). We are closed on Sundays.
Mountain Valley Motorsports is located at 422 West Yellowstone Avenue, Cody, WY 82414. We proudly serve riders throughout northwest Wyoming and beyond.

Prices may not include additional fees such as government fees and taxes, title and registration fees, finance charges, dealer document preparation fees, processing fees, freight, set-up, and emission testing and compliance charges.

Deposits on vehicles, special order items, and parts/accessories are non-refundable. Please DO NOT complete this form if you are not committed to purchasing.
Please treat gift cards and notes like cash; if lost or stolen they will not be replaced. They are redeemable only at Mountain Valley Motorsports for goods and services, not for cash. After 12 months of inactivity, a $10 monthly service fee will be deducted until the balance is depleted. Your use of the card/note constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Price shown, unless otherwise noted, represents MSRP or dealer unit price and does not include government fees, taxes, dealer freight/preparation, document preparation charges, labor, installation, or finance charges. Final sales price may vary depending on options or accessories selected.

Rental Questions
A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are required. A $1,500 security deposit hold is placed on your card at the time of rental. Rentals can be picked up and dropped off during regular business hours.
We currently offer half-day rentals (4 hours), full-day rentals, and multi-day rentals (up to 7 days). Pricing scales based on the length of your rental and is listed on our Rentals page.
Yes! We offer delivery within a 75-mile radius of our Cody, WY location. Please contact us for delivery pricing and availability.
Cancellations must follow the terms listed in your rental agreement. Please review the waiver and cancellation policy provided at booking, or contact us directly if you need clarification.
Yes. All renters must show proof of insurance at the time of rental. This ensures you are covered in the event of an accident or damage.
Yes. Renters must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license to operate a rental unit.
Sales Questions
We carry motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and side-by-sides from Yamaha, CFMOTO, Suzuki, Arctic Cat, and Crestliner. Inventory is updated regularly through our Lightspeed system.
Yes. We carry both new and pre-owned units. Our pre-owned inventory is fully inspected by our technicians to ensure quality and reliability.
Yes. We accept trade-ins toward the purchase of new or pre-owned vehicles. Contact our sales team for an appraisal.
Service & Parts Questions

Yes. Our parts department carries a wide selection of OEM and aftermarket parts, as well as accessories for your ride. If we don’t have it in stock, we can order it for you.
